MeshMan™ Power Sipper Solar Node GEN2 for Meshtastic

The successor to the Power Sipper GEN1, now with an IP54 rating and an upgraded 5W panel.

Built for 24/7 operation as a standalone Meshtastic Node, IP54-rated for Outdoor Use. This all-in-one node is ready to go out of the box. Just connect the antenna, mount it & switch it on.

Powered by a FakeTec V3, nRF52 low powered with SX1262 Radio.
The FakeTec V3 variant is assembled in SA, taking advantage of the Heltec HT-RA62 Radio with TCXO for high-precision RF output.

Budget-friendly ESP32 versions coming soon. (not recommended for router use)

This node does not come with mounting hardware; threaded mount is 1/4"-20 UNC, compatible with most CCTV camera mounts and the MeshMan™ Power Sipper Pole Mounting Bracket

Pre-flashed with Meshtastic Firmware, designed for use as a Meshtastic router or mast mount node.

BMS Board will automatically cut power to the node at 3.1V and resume power output when the battery has charged to 4V or above. This ensures stable and reliable operation (The main board is a 3v3 design)

Also available as the chassis only; check the selected option before checking out.
